In Nepal, a digital signature is only legally binding if it is issued by a licensed Certifying Authority under the Electronic Transactions Act 2063. Global platforms produce electronic signatures — not CA-certified digital signatures. Sign Pana is the first platform to close this gap.

Add recipients by email. Choose parallel (everyone signs simultaneously) or sequential (strict order) signing. Set an expiry deadline.
Each recipient receives a secure magic-link email — no Sign Pana account required on their end.
STEP 03
Track & Archive
Monitor who has viewed, signed, or is pending in real time from your dashboard. Once everyone signs, download the CA-certified PDF.
The final document contains cryptographically embedded signatures and a tamper-proof audit trail that is independently verifiable.
